For a full refund minus the shipping cost, everything must be returned in as-new condition within 30 days of the order.  Returns with damaged or used items will be prorated. Refunds are credited within 7 business days of receipt of the return. Shipping and handling is not refundable. You must contact us first to obtain a return form. No refund is available once your certificate has been generated. 

Cancellation prior to shipment will result in a full refund. Refunds are credited within 7 business days of cancellation. 

Extra charges may apply for overseas orders.  If there are extra charges, we will contact you to verify the extra charge, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order at that time.
