What Will I Learn From The Food Manager Certification Course? 

There are different requirements for food managers in many states. The PSCC Food Manager Certification Course meets or exceeds the requirements in most states. However, there are many local jurisdictions that may have more or less stringent requirements, and it is your responsibility to understand and be aware of your local food safety requirements. The PSCC Food Manager Certification Course has been written to comply with and communicate the FDA Food Code. After learning the content taught by this course you will be prepared to take any of the three exams approved by ANSI and the Conference on Food Protection (CFP). After completing the PSCC Food Manager Certification Course, you will be given instructions on how you can register to take a proctored food manager exam. This exam is overseen by a national organization. The proctor fees for the exam are not included in the online training course.
